Accessibility Statement

Swiss Solutions aims to provide a digital experience that is as accessible as possible and to gradually improve the accessibility of its website for people with disabilities.

Digital accessibility is an ongoing process, and our goal is for the upcoming version of the website to be developed and evaluated using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a benchmark, along with relevant best practices and requirements in the field of digital accessibility.

Current status

We are aware that the current version of the Swiss Solutions website has certain accessibility barriers and that some pages or features may not be optimally usable by everyone or with all assistive technologies.

We are currently working on a new version of the website, scheduled for launch in January 2027. The new website will allow us to approach accessibility more systematically, both in terms of structure and development and in terms of content.

Once the new version has been implemented, we will continue the process of reviewing, identifying and fixing accessibility barriers.

Accessibility widget

The current website includes a widget that offers some additional options for customising the browsing experience.

The widget is a complementary tool. It may improve the experience for some users, but it does not replace fixing the website’s structural issues, manual evaluation or testing with assistive technologies.

Known limitations

At this stage, certain components of the website may have issues relating to, among other things:

  • keyboard-only navigation;
  • the structure and order of certain elements;
  • compatibility with some assistive technologies;
  • alternative text for some visual elements;
  • the contrast or presentation of certain elements;
  • forms, links or other interactive components;
  • certain documents or materials available for download.

This list should not be considered exhaustive.

It helps us if your message indicates the page or material you are trying to access and the problem you encountered.

We will review your request and try to provide the information or an accessible alternative, where possible.

Continuous improvement

We see accessibility as an ongoing process, not a one-off intervention.

As we develop the new website and continue evaluating it, we will update this statement to reflect the actual situation, the measures implemented and any known limitations.
