It does not matter to us, simply because we decided to treat everybody with respect and in a friendly manner.
Swiss Solutions started exactly because of the lack of these two elements, which we consider crucial in any business. As we were looking for help with some translations ourselves, we were hit with bricks of indifference, hastiness and a sub-par final product. We reply to any request within 15 minutes
Our time management goal is one that’s unreasonable most of the time. But we love a good challenge so, why not? To be more precise, we strive to respond to all new requests within 15 minutes, regardless of client, size of translation, or anything else. This is doable in almost all cases. When it can’t be done, if you’re among the 5% who have to wait a little longer, we ask for your patience. It just takes a bit longer for us to find the right solution for your particular project.
No translation is too big or small
Clients come to us mainly from large companies, with incomes that would make your head spin. We love this aspect of our job because we have to put seriousness and growth into our daily schedule. But this doesn’t mean we only deal with large, 500.000-word translations. Any translation, of any size, we can deal with it. Regardless if you’re a company, an individual, or any other creature of this vast and troubled galaxy.
We use software to work more productively
Speaking of translations worth hundreds of thousands of words… software! No matter how awesome our translators are, and they are (we tested them) you simply cannot solve a half-a-million-word translation by hand. At the agency, we use the very best translation software, machine learning, word memorization and project management tools. Everything just so that we can make sure your project is ready on time, and even before the deadline.
Clients pay less for new translations
Cost is always a delicate subject when it comes to hiring someone for help. By hiring us, the costs of your translations turn smaller with each and every new request. We have our own medical and interpreting divisions
Medical translations are something we truly value. This is because we’ve all had a loved one go through medical issues and we know how important it is to understand what they’re going through in those crucial times. We also have our own interpreting division, as we are the only agency in Romania with this feature.
Your documents are stored on our private server
If you ever come to our Timisoara offices, you will notice a big metallic box right at the back of our reception. Right there, in between cables and hard drives, we store the information coming from clients and going towards our translators. We decided to get our own server for complete privacy and security when it comes to the documents of our clients. No matter how sensitive their information is. All clients and collaborators also sign an NDA before we start to work together, for complete safety.
Our 2000 collaborators come from everywhere
With over 2000 collaborators from across the globe, the majority of them natives, we can translate into 100+ languages. Yes, this is sometimes hard to grasp, or manage, but we’re doing it! It’s complicated but never impossible. This is because every collaborator is meticulously tested before we assign a project to them. We never cut back on quality, no matter how big the cluster of upcoming projects in our inbox.
We have over 40 in-house staff
The 2000 or so collaborators from across the globe work under the direct supervision of our 40 in-house colleagues. Working from Timisoara, Arad, Brasov, Bucharest and Frankfurt, or in a hybrid or from-home style, these people are the backbone of our agency, looking over all translations, interpreting, revisions, copywriting requests, voiceovers or subtitles. They are the team we always wanted and now have, the ones who make stuff happen. We’re grateful for them all.
We guarantee every translation
Each and every translation we deliver to our clients is insured by a $100,000 fund covering any possible mishap. This means that, if things go bad, your documents are insured up to the aforementioned sum. You can rest assured that this has a very small chance of happening. It never happened even once since 2004 when we launched our agency.
We take laughing very seriously
Not long ago we scared away a candidate for a project manager job during her interview, simply because we laughed hard. Well, this happens at least once a week. We take laughing very seriously here!
